An Individual Counseling program consists of virtual one-on-one solutions-focused meetings. Our work is to resolve a prioritized list of specific financial concerns as quickly as possible. Perhaps just as important is that this work instills financial skills and provides financial resources. Because many people do not have personal financial training in their younger lives, financial wellbeing work often provides a sense of confidence that the individual has not experienced before. A minimum of six sessions is required and you can expect a financial commitment of $1000-2000.
Group Coaching consists of weekly lunch-and-learn-type meetings. The curriculum can be tailored to the group’s specific needs. Sample class offerings include: Personal Finance for Beginners (follows the Dallas Federal Reserve Building Wealth curriculum), Understanding Your Financial Statements, Getting It Together to Tackle Your Personal Finance To Do List, Understanding Your 401K Plan, or Fundamentals of Divorce Personal Finance.
Employers and Employee Assistance Plans are welcome to tailor a program of educational offerings according to individual or group needs. An investment in personal finance education will measurably reduce employee financial stress and will result in a more productive work force. Please contact us for a proposal to address your company’s needs.
